That’s something I’ve been saying more and more these days.

I know who I am. I always have. And now I’m being seen and heard, which sometimes feels disconcerting.
I took this selfie at a wedding I went to recently. I didn’t have a date. I danced by myself. And I had an awesome time.
What I learned from that night is that it’s important to not only love yourself, but also to have fun with yourself too. I acted like a goofball that night, and I had the best time doing it.
When you love yourself and you enjoy yourself, it allows others to see the true, shining, sparkly You. Who wouldn’t fall for that?
I see you. I honor you. I think you’re beautiful. And you are enough.
Unconditional Love and Light,
Lauren
