The holidays are here and this is the time of year that triggers everyone.
When you run into relatives and friends you haven’t seen in awhile, they sometimes expect you to be the same person that you were last year.
But you’re not the same person. You’re stronger, brighter, and wiser.
Remember this when people act uneasy, angry, resentful or scared this holiday season. It means your growth is making them realize that growth is possible and they need to grow, too. It reminds them of all the inner work they haven’t done yet.
So take a deep breath, send the unconditional love, and stand in your Truth.
